The main duties include managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, organizing files, and assisting other staff. Responsibilities typically include:

- Answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries.
- Organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Preparing and distributing correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Maintaining filing systems, databases, and office inventories.
- Managing office supplies and liaising with external vendors.Providing administrative support to managers and teams.
- Assisting with expense reports, basic accounting tasks, and document management.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential. The role often serves as the first point of contact within the office, requiring a professional and approachable manner.

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
- Handling complaints, processing orders, returns, and refunds.
- Recording and organizing details of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Providing accurate information about products and services and escalating complex issues as necessary.
- Collaborating with colleagues and other departments to resolve customer issue

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.02 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 23 per week

**Experience**:

- Sales administration: 5 years (required)
