**The Role**

Our leading Mining client is seeking a skilled and experienced HSEQT Administrator to join their Health, Safety, Environment department on a full time casual six month contract. This role is based in West Perth, fulltime flexible hours with the option to work from home one day per week.

**Role Overview**:

- Maintaining document control for all Health, Safety, Environment, Land Access, Approvals and Training documentation
- Assist with the review, creation, editing, formatting and distrubution of company policies and procedures in alignment with company standards.
- Lodgement of payments and reports to maintain tenements compliance.
- Drafting and submission of tenements statutory reporting and acquisition documentation.
- General day-to-day administrative duties including travel bookings, data entry and monthly reporting.

Attention to detail, accuracy and diligence will be pivotal to your success in this role.

**Essential**:

- Understanding of Document Control requirements and processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills including proficiency in word processing, document management, formatting & excel.
- Experience with INX (InTuition, InControl)
- Working knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety law, Codes of Practice, Standards and Australian Quality Training Framework.

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of accounting payment processes such as Pronto desirable.
- Cert in Business Administration or other relevant discipline such as document control preferred.
