**Your new company**

This impressive and large Not-For-Profit department located in Melbourne's South-East suburbs are dedicated to delivering quality services to their stakeholders and customers while providing a positive, friendly and collaborative workplace for all staff, situated a modern office amongst manicured gardens.

**Your new role**

Reporting to and supporting the Senior Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for general project officer coordinator duties including;
- Capital project timeline updates
- Monitoring and coordinating the submission of construction variations
- Monthly project reporting
- Processing contractor invoices and payments and procurement register updates

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Ideally have worked across capital works/civil projects in a project supportive capacity before and have a good understanding of project documentation and requirements
- Strong experience using Microsoft Office packages especially Word and Powerpoint
- Strong time management, strong stakeholder management experience and excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong ability to work effectively and efficiently across a large team who manage complex capital works/infrastructure projects
