**Project Coordinator - Commercial Construction (Fitout) - Melbourne VIC**

NES Fircroft is recruiting for an ambitious and self-driven Project Coordinator to join a Tier 3 commercial construction company based in inner Melbourne.

Our client is a respected and accomplished commercial fitout specialist with a strong track record and secure pipeline of work. As a result, they require a Project Coordinator to join their office in Southbank on a full-time basis to help deliver multiple current and upcoming commercial fitout projects in the $1-10m range.

**_About the role:_**
- Primarily office-based in Southbank (occasional site visits as required).
- Reporting to the Project Director.
- Assisting with tender quotes, contract administration and variations.
- Coordination of subcontractor, client and internal meetings and recording correspondence.
- Ensuring OHS protocols are adhered to.

**_ Requirements:_**
- Bachelor of Construction Management.
- Completion of reputable cadetship program is desirable.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the Victorian commercial construction industry.
- Self-driven and motivated to continue learning and developing.
- Proficiency in relevant software (MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam, Hammertech, etc).
- Previous exposure to a variety of both new-build and fitout projects is desirable.
