**The Role**

As the Sales Coordinator, you will be providing comprehensive support to the sales team with exceptional skill in customer service, communication, and time management.

This role reports to the National Sales Manager

Your job responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
**_Sales Coordination - Sales administration, data accuracy_**
- Sales order processing and handling
- Coordinate freight bookings
- Coordinate Returns/Restocking

**_Sales Team Support - Team support, data entry, report generation_**
- Entering Sales Lead Information into M1
- Greet customers and walk ins
- Support the Sales Manager with ad hoc sales related tasks, as required
- Support Account Managers

**_Customer Support - customer service, information recording, analysis _**
- Assisting customers phone enquiries (Stock Availability, quick enquiries)
- Screen & transfer phone calls for Sales Team

**Who you are**
- You have previous experience in office administration, customer service and sales support role
- You enjoy helping customers and your colleagues
- You have exceptional verbal and written communication skill
- You are highly organised with a love for attention to detail
- You are competent in using Microsoft Office Word and Excel, ERP systems - M1
- You are self motivated, positive and have a can do attitude
- You are a committed individual, who strives for excellence
- You have a continuous improvement mindset

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
