PERSOLKELLY are looking for an experienced Customer Service star to join a dynamic team on the Sunshine Coast. The purpose of the role is to ensure the customer requirements and purchases are entered into the database, enquiries and issues are attended to promptly and the customer is kept up to date with the progress of their orders. You are to liaise with builders and tradesman, and deliver exceptional customer service whilst building strong business relationships. The successful person will have the following skills and attributes
- Previous customer service and/or sales experience
- Great communication skills
- A team-player with positive attitude
- Ability to prioritize customer enquiries, orders and deliveries
