**Who the Company is?**

For over 10-years, Precision Cleaning has provided industrial cleaning and refuelling services to the transportation sector across Sydney, Darwin, and Adelaide, and have recently expanded their services to include offices, shopping centres and schools around Australia.

**What you will be doing and will be responsible for**:
**The Contract Manager is responsible for **overseeing all customer interface and labour relations of the business, including sales, customer contract management, labour logistics, labour training, and equipment management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all contracts are executed in accordance with legislative requirements
- Lead Job Start meetings, and co-ordinate the day-to-day rostering and issue of work orders for cleaning staff
- Develop and lead monthly Operations Meetings
- Prepare and manage new contract transitions (including ordering stock/equipment, recruitment, staff training, staff orientation, rosters and set-up cleaning rooms)
- Regular inspections and operational meetings with clients to review performance levels
- Monitor and promote correct usage and awareness of chemicals to ensure a safe working environment
- Ordering of equipment, supplies and uniforms to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained; plus stocktake audits
- Maintain staff compliance records including insurances, licenses and clearances
- Support and develop, and subsequently manage, operational budgets
- Attend prospective client site meetings; and assist and/or lead the estimating and compilation of tender submissions for industrial cleaning opportunities
- Review, approve and sign-off on overtime
- Cover shifts as needed for office cleaning, bus cleaning and refueling

**About you**:
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

- A minimum of 3 years experience in or exposure to commercial cleaning
- Experience in operational leadership, preferably within a cleaning company
- Experience in contract management
- Knowledge of operating a cleaning company
- Ability to oversee multiple customer accounts that involve hiring, training, and implementation of teams for multiple businesses across various industries
- Willingness and ability to provide cover for absent staff in cleaning and refueling duties
- HR License or willingness to obtain is required.
- National police and DHS Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain.
