Reporting to the **Finance Manager**, the Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing the oversite of all post execution procurement supplier contract services to ensure maximum value is achieved across the business. You will partner with the business units to improve the management of contracts and financial outcomes whilst liaising through the procurement process to ensure the practical operability of the contracts being entered into. Working with operations, engineering, supply chain, you will ensure integrated contract management is adding value to the organisation and services.

Being an experienced contracts management professional, you will have a proven track record in end-to-end contract management particularly in engineering, facilities management, logistics or service delivery within a medium to large complex, corporate environment. With relevant tertiary qualifications in procurement or a relevant technical field, you will be a commercially sound and strategic thinker with an ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally. Your pragmatic approach and problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you navigate the intricacies of public transportation contracts in collaboration with external stakeholders. Specific success in developing frameworks and tools for efficient and effective delivery of contract management and compliance activities is essential.
