**Description**:
As a Territory Sales Manager at HMPS, you will play a pivotal role within the Sales department. This permanent, full time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the Sales and Marketing division. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory, Victoria
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with both existing and potential clients
- Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure proper service delivery to customers
- Participating in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to showcase company products and services
- Analysing sales data, preparing reports, and making recommendations for improvement
- Demonstrated experience in sales or account management/business development with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Adeptness at building productive business professional relationships
- Strong analytical abilities with a problem-solving attitude
- A desire to understand automated machinery and develop strong product knowledge
- A self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
**Skills and Experiences**:
- Proven experience in in sales or account management/business development
- Demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales performance data
- Customer-focused approach with a track record of building strong client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory, and occasionally interstate or overseas, as required
