As the Energy Underwriter within the General Insurance business, you will support senior underwriters in assessing and underwriting energy risks, including those in the oil, gas, renewable energy, and power generation sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in underwriting within the energy sector.

This is a 12-month contract role.

**Important to your success - Unlock your potential**
- Prior experience or internships in underwriting, insurance, or the energy sector is a plus but not required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to pursue professional insurance designations (e.g., CPCU, ARM).
