As the National Portfolio Manager for Energy and Technical Lines, you will provide market facing underwriting leadership for the property and energy lines of business, ensuring profitable growth within the portfolios. You will formulate and implement the Go-To-Market strategy alongside the Commercial Markets business, while underwriting new and renewal business and providing technical guidance to others.

Working in an agile environment, you will be responsible for defining the cultural standards your team works towards, while building a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

- Extensive experience underwriting/broking or working with energy customers.
- Ability to be innovative and deliver new solutions to market.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to build high performing and engaged teams.
