What You'll Be Doing

  • Assisting underwriters with the preparation, processing, and administration of new and renewal business.
  • Managing data entry, documentation, and system updates to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaising with brokers, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely flow of information.
  • Conducting research and gathering information to support underwriting decisions.
  • Supporting the team with reporting, pipeline management, and general administrative tasks.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in insurance, underwriting support, or a related administrative role (commercial lines preferred).
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn.
  • Interest in renewable energy and sustainable industries is a strong advantage.
