**About the role**:
Reporting to the Payroll Lead, an exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Payroll Advisor to join our People Strategy & Services (PSS) team.

Our payroll team is a well-regarded enablement function, that provides accurate and efficient payroll processing, service, and support across the organisation. With a focus on excellence, our payroll team works collaboratively with our People Services team and with the broader People & Capability function to support team members and managers through the employee life cycle.

In this role, you will accurately complete payroll processing on time, ensure the payroll system is maintained in accordance with relevant awards, enterprise agreements, legislation, and business rules, and respond to team members and manager’s requests for payroll, time & attendance, and superannuation information in a timely manner.

**Currently, the position is based at our Support Office in East Bentleigh, Victoria and we support a hybrid work approach (on-site and working from home).**

**About you**:
Experience with paying award and EBA covered team member will be beneficial. You will have a passion for developing meaningful connections across all levels of the business and will be confident and comfortable looking for ways to improve our ways of working.
