Friendly and efficient administrator/receptionist for Artarmon based trade office.

As our clients and visitors' primary point of contact, the receptionist will be essential in making a positive first impression.

Your core responsibilities will include:

- Receptionist/Administration
- A lot of data entry across several platforms.
- Other ad-hoc duties as requested

To excel in this position, it is essential that you possess;
- Energetic applicant with 12 - 18 months of administrative experience.
- Live within a 30-minute drive to Artarmon
- Have access to a car as public transport limited
- Looking for a long-term role
- Fantastic organisation skills
- Pleasant phone manner and attitude

We want committed people with a passion for customer service, optimism, and a drive to take on challenges. Previous experience in a trade background is preferred but not essential.
