As part of CBA’s Business Banking division, Small Business Banking offers both in-branch and remote support to small businesses nationwide. We build strong relationships with our customers and communities through deep engagement, a compelling value proposition, and outstanding execution.

**Do work that matters**:
We’re seeking an experienced **Business Banker with commercial lending expertise**to join our high-performing **team in Docklands, Victoria**.

In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service to Small Business customers by understanding their unique needs and providing end-to-end support.

You’ll also drive business development in your local community and strengthen client relationships through premium service delivery.

**More specifically, you will**:

- Engaging in meaningful customer conversations to uncover goals and deliver timely, relevant financial solutions—including commercial lending up to $1.25M, asset finance, merchant services, and everyday banking.
- Proactively engage customers to support their business and personal goals
- Representing CBA as a brand ambassador in the local business community, including hosting educational events to promote financial wellbeingAttending stakeholder meetings to raise awareness of Small Business Banking services and foster referral partnerships.
- **We’re interested in hearing from people who have**:

- Proven experience in **commercial lending**or **B2B sales**:

- Strong **Business Development Skills**and **commercial acumen**:

- Excellent **customer engagement abilities**, both in-person and remotely
- A track record of managing customer pipelines and delivering proactive service
- A genuine passion for supporting Small Business customers—or firsthand experience running one
- **FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation**and **Credit Approval Authority (CAA) Level 2**, or a willingness to obtain these within 6 months
