**The Role**
Reporting to the Demand Forecast Manager, you’ll provide backbone support within the purchasing and forecasting team for Australia and New Zealand and add significant value through:
- FOB order management for national retailers - order entry and shipment administration- Coordinate and administrate stock export shipments from Australia to New Zealand- Monitoring and releasing stock backorders- Stock replenishment for Ecommerce warehouses- Inventory Master Data maintenance- Interplant transfer replenishment- Provide back up for shipment receipts into warehouses
- Retail Customer Service Calls when required
And any other purchasing duties as required.
**Current Systems Used**- Pronto Enterprise Management System- Maximiser CRM- Microsoft Office Software (excel)- OneFlo,
- ESP (FOB orders)
**To be successful in this role you will bring**- Fast and accurate data entry- Ability to multi-task- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills- A team player but also able to work autonomously- An ability to manage conflicting requirements and support current team members- Excellent attention to detail- Strong written and verbal communication skills- A dedicated customer service focus- A positive can-do attitude
- Outstanding time management and organisational skills - and have mastered the art of the follow up.
**Qualifications and Skills**- 3+ years in a similar role- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company- Ability to prioritise and manage expectations
- An ability to work independently
