**THE ROLE**

We are looking for a dedicated, punctual and consistent store person to assist with our expanding business and significant increase in goods inward and outward volume. This is a warehouse based position with occasional paid overtime required.

This position will provide a range of support services across the organisation, prioritising administrative support in the allocated region. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will work closely with customers, technicians and the sales force daily to ensure the smooth processing of service jobs and quotations coupled with hire-tool administration and basic service reporting functions. You will liaise with internal and external customers to deliver a timely and efficient service experience.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Booking freight/logistics coordination using various platforms.
- Warehouse & workshop maintenance - general housekeeping and tidying of the warehouse and surrounding area including a weekly clean of workbenches
- Shipping and Receiving of customer tools for service center.
- Assistance with hire fleet orders from clients/sales agents.
- Load/unload delivery trucks using walkie stacker forklift.
- Service Admin support, setting up jobs for technicians.
- Collect payments from customers.
- Customer service support, liaising with clients.
- Providing overall administrative support to regional location.
- Administration tasks, data entry etc
- Complete monthly inventory cycle counts.
- Maintain database of customer tools and next service/calibration date

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Experience in a service or maintenance administration environment
- Solid understanding of quoting, invoicing and basic business practices
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines in fast paced environment
- Computer literacy including use of Microsoft Office suite, word, excel, outlook, Dropbox & cloud-based systems
- An ability to prioritize jobs and the flexibility to multitask
- Exposure to a mechanical workshop environment would be advantageous
- Experience in stock management and storage systems maintenance
- Dangerous Goods certification and experience would be advantageous

Pay: Up to $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Adelaide Region SA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
