A strong, vibrant, enthusiastic person with a great ability to manager, to lead, to add value to the bar/barstaff. A all rounder to be able to train and implement customer service standards. To demonstrate hospitality, and to ensure the customer experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Day to day operation of the Restaurant
- Service standards and excellence
- Recruitment, on boarding, training and development of staff
- Administration: reporting, creating rosters and reviewing cost of wages
- WH&S compliance, incident reporting and investigating
- Special Projects as required

Skills & Requirements

Required
- Valid Australian working rights
- Proven experience in a leadership role in the food and beverage industry
- RSA
- Hospitality / People Management experience (Minimum 2 years' experience)

What's on Offer

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $77,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
