**What’s the role?**
As our **Assistant Venue Manager** at Rouse Hill, you’ll be right at the heart of the action - supporting the Venue Manager, leading your team, keeping the energy high, and making sure every guest leaves smiling. From assisting with daily operations to rostering, KPI management, and team development, you’ll play a key role in launching and running our brand-new Yo-Chi in one of Western Sydney’s busiest shopping destinations.

- Have leadership experience in hospitality or retail
- Have proven success supporting a manager with labour, COGS, stock and KPIs
- Are people focused with a passion for building strong team culture
