As a Level 3 Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and delivering end-to-end IT solutions to our clients. You will also play an important role in managing projects and ensuring their successful outcomes.

Experience in a comparable service desk position

Experience with MS Azure and O365 services, Microsoft services, Windows Server & virtualization technologies, backup technologies, Active Directory, Exchange Server administration, and networking.
