Our Client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to be responsible for the day-to-day support and future design of the organisation Windows environment.
**Key Responsibilties**
- Administer and maintain current and new Cloud services such as O365, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Intune and Azure Cloud Services.
- Provide level 1 and 2 IT help desk support for systems, network and infrastructure related issues
- Ensure high service delivery through coordinating the service desk incidents
- Develop level 3 trouble shooting skills through on-the-job development to support senior members of the team.
- Administer and configure Microsoft CRM platform
**Key Skills**
- Demonstrated technical knowledge in Microsoft O365, Exchange Online, CRM Dynamics 2016/365 and Azure services.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure, SCCM, AD, DNS and DHCP.
- A proactive approach and the demonstrated ability to effectively engage and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
