**About the role**
WesTrac are currently looking for a Support and Implementation Supervisor based in the Newcastle / Hunter Valley Region of NSW.
A truly exciting opportunity to work with industry leading mining and construction technology and equipment. Reporting to the Technology and Solutions Manager, your primary focus will be to supervise & coordinate the team of Technology Product Advisors and Technology Product Specialists during the implementation, delivery and training of the Caterpillar technology product range, and to provide the highest-level technical support for customers and dealer personnel alike.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Dedicated commitment to Safety & Quality Assurance
- Managing and training the Technology Application and Product Specialists to reach, maintain and exceed WesTrac and Caterpillar performance levels
- Short
- and long-term project scheduling for the Technology and Solutions Team
- Troubleshooting and resolving complicated customer / dealer technical issues
**Skills & Experience**
**_ Essential:_**
- Relevant trade qualification in Automotive Electrical / Mechanical Electronics field with extensive post trade experience _OR_ tertiary qualification in relevant Engineering or IT discipline coupled with extensive post qualification experience
- Several years supervisory experience in a similar role in a related industry
- Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
- Developed attention to detail with the ability to analyse data and compile reports whilst providing suitable recommendations
**_Desirable:_**
- Experience on mine or construction sites, including understanding of production operations, safe work practices and electronic equipment installation procedures
- Continuous Improvement qualifications (such as Six Sigma, Lean etc.)
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in high performing teams
