We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Planner/Coordinator to join our team in Perth, providing comprehensive scheduling and support services

**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

At Bullivants we are currently seeking an energetic and motivated **Field Service Planner/Coordinator** in **Perth,** to provide comprehensive FST (Field Service Technician) scheduling and support service to our team members and to respond to the needs of internal and external customers in a timely and professional way.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Schedule and deploy technicians to customer sites for conducting audits, on site repair, testing and certification safety products
- Identify and assess customer requirements and needs
- Ensure delivery expectations are managed and met

To be successful, you will have:

- Demonstrated Planning and Scheduling experience
- Sales or customer service experience
- Computer Skills (Excel, Word and App based programmes)
- Previous experience or knowledge of the Lifting, Rigging &/or Safety supply business will be an advantage but not necessary (Training Provided)
- A confident multi-tasker with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
