My client is an established mining organisation based in Western Australia. The organisation is committed to remaining an industry leader with a focus on sustainability and continuous improvement. Due to recent growth, this organisation is seeking a Maintenance Planner to join their team.

This client is looking for an experienced Maintenance Planner to join the business reporting to the Senior Planner. An ideal opportunity for those looking to expand their career further.
- Primary responsibility is to eliminate all waste from through planning and scheduling of all service activities. With the use of the Clash Checker, following the RIMS process and the JMP process and the undertesting of the REX Kitting tools.
- Responsible for coordinating all the planning work, logistic allocation, consulting details on technical drawings and engineering charts needed for the optimisation of all resources utilised (human, material and financial). Understanding of the Major Overhaul in progress and full understanding of the use of the MOH tool.
- Develop and maintain the area weekly plan. Preparing the required resources according to requests from existing work orders, responsible for maximising tool time by ensuring all scheduled activities are correctly planned and prepared at the commencement of a job
- Responsible to ensure Planned events are scoped correctly and returned work packs are issued for review capturing improvements found during the past executed planned event.
- Ensure all Asset activities are released, and all items are triggered, and the Parts Process is implemented including all spares required via the Kitting and RIMS process. Reviewed weekly via the REX standard planning meeting all parts identified via the Standard Resource Parts Process.
- Ensuring the Standard REX Planning process is observed including all standard planning meeting and all REX tools are utilised for all tasks relating to the Asset Management Planning.
- Input into the yearly Budget setting process and continue throughout the year in the Forecasting process with the Standard CMA tool.

**What you'll need to succeed***
- Tertiary qualification in Electrical/Instrument or Mechanical field or relevant Trade Certificate.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within the field as the role requires specialist knowledge.
- Current “C” class Western Australian Drivers Licence.
