**About your role**:
Skout Solutions are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. This role will be working in a team, managing a temp labour desk to drive a high level of service to our Ventia Hiring Managers, across multiple contracts within the business. This role requires you to be highly organised and the ability to work autonomously in your role.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience in running high volume recruitment desk in an internal or external agency environment
- Energy to deliver fast-paced activities and tackle challenging roles to recruit
- Ability to learn new systems and experience using multiple platforms
- Excellent communication skills, Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to interpret awards and enterprise agreements
- Understanding the calculation of pay rates and penalty rates
