In this highly visible role the Head of Risk and Compliance is responsible for risk management and the provision of compliance services to the entire group. You will take complete ownership of this function and ensure that the businesses are maintaining a proactive and best practice approach to risk and compliance activities. This involves identifying and implementing quality and procedural improvement initiatives in an efficient and timely manner. The Head of Risk and Compliance is responsible for managing the Risk and Compliance framework which involves monitoring of compliance with Corporations Act requirements and AFSL conditions across all entities. The overarching aim is to foster a best practice approach to business activities and to promote and encourage compliant outcomes. You will play a key role in fostering a healthy compliance culture which will be driven through collaborative engagement with the businesses and regular risk assessment and compliance training/education.
