Seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Recruitment Consultant for our renowned client based in Belmont for a Temp to Perm Opportunity

**Recruitment Consultant**

PERSOLKELLY is one of Australia's largest and longest serving recruitment providers. Delivering both quality temporary and permanent options, we specialise in the recruitment of Professional, ICT, Government, STEM, Management and Executive talent.

Location: Belmont, WA

Hours: Full time hours, Mon - Fri (Approx 8am - 4pm)

Start date: ASAP

Pay rate: $40 - $42ph + Super depending on experience

**The Role**

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

- Taking ownership of a portfolio within the business
- Ensuring all employee records are current, compliant and kept up to date
- Creating/ posting job adverts in correspondence with the client needs
- Building new, and nurturing existing relationships with key clients
- Following company processes (police check, medicals, VEVO check)
- Ensuring 100% compliance to company policies are adhered to
- Completing multiple administration activities with have a 'can do' attitude

**Experience Required**
- MUST be available to start immediately
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar recruitment role (ideally internal recruitment) white collar recruitment highly desired.
- Must have proven experience following strict processes and adhering to company compliance
- A positive and pro-active approach to work
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve and think on your feet
- Good time management and planning skills
- Ability to pick up and learn new systems quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask
