**What will you be doing?**
- You will provide an exceptional level of service to all of our clients and play an integral role in the day-to-day functions of the company. **This is a permanent, part-time position (3 days per week Wednesday to Friday) based in our North Sydney Support Office.**
- Your duties will include:
- Answering a high volume of incoming phone calls- Conducting outbound phone calls to our existing client base- Managing the appointment books for our clinicians- Scheduling and confirming appointments for clients- Assisting with client and doctor enquiries Receiving and placing orders
**What do you need to be successful in this role?**
- You will be working with people with hearing impairment on a daily basis. To be successful in the role it is vital that you have excellent verbal and written communication skills and lots of patience.
- The successful applicant must possess the following attributes:
- Demonstrated experience working within a team environment.- Experience working in an inbound call centre or fast-paced reception role is highly desirable.- The ability to operate effectively in an environment of a high and varied workload.- Demonstrate judgement and advanced skills in the delivery of administrative services.- A warm, collaborative, can-do attitude.- Exceptional customer service focus.- Excellent problem-solving skills.- Excellent computer skills.
