**THE ROLE**
An opportunity has become available for a creative Communication Specialist to support the Public Affairs, Communications and Sustainability (PACS) team at CCEP Australia. This end-to-end comms role would suit an individual that has at least 2-3 years’ experience in communications, values building strong internal and external relationships, and is passionate about seeking out stories and creating compelling content.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and deliver communications content and plans for campaigns, company initiatives, commercial success stories and stakeholder engagement programs
- Engage with teams across our businesses to identify story angles and develop content for company-wide news
- Creating and sourcing inspiring and engaging content that counts
- writing long form communications, presentations and intranet copy.
- producing short form content for social and digital signage.
- Understand the importance of graphic design and video in storytelling, and to have (at least) basic skills in Creative Suite and/or Canva.
- User of internal channels including Workplace, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams.
- Support key projects and events in the broader PACS team as required.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- Tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing or Digital Media
- Prior experience within Communications positions with exposure to writing/creating content
- Proven experience developing and delivering communications programs/campaigns
- Experience developing visual content via hands-on graphic design and video editing
- Ability to translate information into sharp, engaging messages with a creative flair
- Ability to handle competing demands, projects and stakeholders
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for content creation
- Sharepoint knowledge and experience useful
