Located in **Peth, WA, **this position plays a pivotal role in maintaining the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), meticulously capturing both Preventative and Reactive work orders. In addition to overseeing subcontractors, the role involves documenting maintenance progress and serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers in connection to the contract.

**The Role**

**We have an exciting Full-Time **opportunity for a **Soft Services Coordinator **to join our key client **Qantas.**
- Maintain the CMMS system capturing all Preventative and Reactive work orders.
- Assist with the management of subcontractors and document maintenance progress.
- First point of contact with internal and external customers relating to the contract
- Provide general administration assistance such invoices and purchase orders. Allocate work orders as required to ensure contract requirements are achieved.

**Skills & Experience**
- Strong experience within high volume administration
- Exceptional customer service, stakeholder management and communication skills
- Knowledge to building/facilities management would be preferred.
- Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible / innovative approach.
