**The opportunity**

As a Consumer Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the collection and analysis of consumer-focused data to enhance marketing acquisition, re-targeting and nurture campaigns, and the overall consumer journey, to achieve strategic goals across multiple business units.

The role will report to the Consumer Experience Manager, and you will work closely with the Marketing and Communications, Digital, and Data and Analytics teams and the wider organisation to support HammondCare’s goal to shape the sector and reach those in need whose lives would be improved by our care services.

**_This role is based in St Leonards, Sydney, with possible hybrid working options negotiable._**

**Duties include**
- Collect and use data to identify opportunities and make recommendations to optimise consumer marketing and consumer insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the problems they’re facing, extract data and share insights that can help solve business problems.
- Conceptualise, map, propose and implement data pipelines to connect various systems
- Support excellent data integrity and data management processes, within and across platforms
- Use consumer data insights to identify opportunities and make recommendations
- Extract and manipulate data across multiple business platforms to achieve marketing and business outcomes.
- Communicate and present data and insights to stakeholders
- Uphold data governance and best practice for all consumer data.

**Who are you?**
- Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare’s Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action.
- A data guru with more than 2 years’ experience in collecting and analysing data related to marketing campaigns, performance metrics, consumer insights and behaviour.
- Ability to use data insights to identify opportunities and make recommendations to improve consumer marketing campaigns and programs, drive growth and revenue, improve consumer engagement through segmentation, inform data driven decision making.
- A clear and concise communicator that can use data to present insights and translate this into business actions and recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the problems they’re facing, extract data and share insights that can help solve their problems.
- Ensure best practice and data governance is adhered to in data extraction and usage.
- Ability to build and report on Marketing ROI across multiple platforms.

**Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science/Business/Commerce/Marketing
- Salesforce and/or HubSpot CRM experience
- Google Analytics and/or PowerBI experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High attention to detail and strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work with team members at all levels of the organisation
- Aged care experience desirable
