**About the role**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our People & Culture (P&C) team. This role is perfect for an emerging Data Analyst who wants to develop their career by gaining practical experience in HR processes and people analytics. Working closely with experienced Senior Analysts, you’ll be instrumental in providing workforce reporting and insights to support the efficiency, compliance, and operations of various stakeholders across the organisation.

Key Activities:

- Prepare and deliver scheduled recurring reports for a variety of stakeholders
- Review and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency
- Ensure data quality and control of employee and worker information
- Maintain the accuracy of current reports and dashboards
- Develop ad-hoc reports and analyses to support business initiatives

**About you**

To be successful in this role you'll bring relevant experience in extracting, updating, and formatting data from multiple systems. Your Excel knowledge and Certifications in PowerBI are highly regarded to modify reports and dashboards, as well as experience delivering scheduled reports dashboards on an ongoing basis. Your understanding and experience of HR metrics and experience working in a large complex organisation will see you thrive in this role.
