Lead and manage Australia and NZ sales for entire business

- $180k + super + bonus
**ABOUT OUR CLIENT AND THE ROLE**
Our client is a global manufacturer of a diverse range of products. Due to continual growth, they require a commercial & strategically-minded General Manager Sales to manage sales across the Australian and New Zealand markets.
**KEY RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Maintain excellent relationship with existing clients;
- Work with distributors and retailers to achieve stated sales and revenue targets and drive consumption growth;
- Regularly meet with retailers and partners to develop and implement precise sales and business plans;
- Monitor distributors and retailers wholesale sales, inventory levels and retailer activity;
- Full revenue and sales budget responsibility for all sales in AU/NZ including monthly reporting;
- Oversee pricing strategies and margin requirements;
- Assist in the preparation of budgets by product/ revenue segment for analysis and reporting;
- Focus on continued growth and expansion by taking an integral roll in forecasting and planning;
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive revenue and growth for the business.
**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Be tertiary qualified in Business, Marketing, Finance or Communications with at least 5 years experience as a Business Leader
- Extensive CRM experience will be highly regarded;
- Possess advanced MS office skills, particularly Excel;
- Have exceptional sales and customer relationship skills and a strong understanding of channel strategies, brand and product marketing;
- Experience with licensing products;
- Be a strategic thinking and have experience formulating successful Go-To-Market strategies that will have positive impact on the business;
- Have excellent financial, analytical and sales forecasting skills.
