**Day in the life...**
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention
- Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and insights to improve our products and services
- Create and execute customer-focused marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints

**Experience needed...**
- 1-4 years in a similar position.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, & problem-solving skills
