This established business is in need for a Payroll Officer to join their team on an initial contract for up to 6 months with opportunity to be Permanent. This company has operations locally and internationally and they are continuing to grow and broaden their reach. In Australia they are recognised as one of the major players in their field. This company are well placed to continue their success and build on the growth that they have experienced since they were established.

**The Role**

This position involves end to end processing of the company's weekly and fortnightly payroll (300+ employees). Maintaining good working relationships internally is also a key component of this role. Day to day responsibilities include:

- Processing payroll
- Ensuring correct payments are made, including terminations and resignations
- Reconciliations and payments of tax and superannuation
- Month end preparation and reporting
- Resolving any payroll queries
- Adhoc HR assistant assignments

It is required you will have end to end payroll experience. Experience working with micrOpay payroll system is essential.

**An initial contract of up to 6 months with a view to become Permanent.**
