Shoppers purchase more than $3 billion in products annually on the LTK platform and app. LTK is headquartered in Dallas, TX with teams in the UK, Brazil, France, Germany, Australia, China and South Korea and clients in more than 100 countries. **DESCRIPTION / OPPORTUNITY** The LTK Australia intern will work closely with both the Brand Partnerships team and the Creator Success team to support on all necessary tasks. This individual must ensure that information and data is presented accurately, appropriately, and that reporting requirements and deadlines are met in a timely fashion.The number one quality we are looking for in this role is someone with strong attention to detail and an intrinsic motivation to get work done. On the creator side, this role will involve assisting creators on our platform to build "full, fresh" LTK storefronts, building and collating recruitment lists, building out a calendar of key sales periods and developing corresponding EDMs around these dates and assisting with strategy decks for creator growth. On the brand side, this role will involve assisting with brand hygiene on the platform including tasks like test purchases, updating the brand list and assisting with post campaign wrap-ups.Other responsibilities will include assisting with ad hoc projects for brand partners and creators including events, gifting and any other tasks that will be required from time to time. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** The LTK Australia intern will work in collaboration with the Brand Partnerships and Creator Success team to help fulfill all pitching and reporting obligations. **Creator Success support** - Compilation of diverse creator recruitment lists across a variety of different platforms (including but not limited to TikTok, YouTube and Instagram) and markets (including but not limited to Australia, Singapore, New Zealand and India) - Build strategy decks to help accelerate creator growth - Compiling creator data from completed collaborations to provide to Brand Partnership team - Assist creators with building full fresh LTK storefronts and develop their content strategies using LTK tools - Ability to provide fantastic customer service **Brand Partnership and Campaign Execution support** - Create Brand decks with information provided by the Brand Partnership team - Assist with brand hygiene tasks including test purchases and maintaining an updated brand list. - Assist with brand activations and gifting campaigns - Ensure that information is presented accurately, appropriately, and that reporting requirements and deadlines are met in a timely fashion. - Technical support for the team / Troubleshooting - Work closely with Creator Success team to utilize multiple data sources and compile strategic influencer casting lists to achieve client set goals **DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS** - Interest in social marketing, marketing or PR agency and/or marketing operations, campaign management, account coordinating, or related field. - Strong attention to detail and good presentation skills - Foundational organizational & project management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and attention to detail to routinely produce zero-defect work - Basic social media background with experience in multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, TikTok, Pinterest and blog postings - Demonstrated problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset - Ideal team player attitude and proven ability to work with team members across business functions - Must be able to learn quickly and adapt to individual team requirements - Willingness to take on a variety of tasks whether mundane or exciting in order to achieve desired outcomes. - Daily punctuality - Positive attitude with enthusiasm for change - Travel is not required for this position **IDEAL CANDIDATE** - University level student with an interest in pursuing a career in influencer marketing or digital marketing. - Proficiency with general office software (Excel, Word, Google Docs, Google Apps) - This position requires an individual who can work well under
