**Role Type**: Full-Time, 38 hrs / week
**DESCRIPTION / OPPORTUNITY**
The campaign operations lead will work in collaboration with the Brand Partnerships Manager and Creator Success Lead to help execute and fulfill Brand campaign obligations. This position prioritizes gaining valuable experience and skills in the influencer marketing space. This role requires not only dedication to detail and world-class follow through, but also ensure that information is presented accurately, appropriately, and that reporting requirements and deadlines are met in a timely fashion. This position requires an individual who can work well under pressure and is flexible and easily able to multi-task and re-prioritize when necessary.
This role will involve taking ownership of all paid collaborations for brand partners of LTK, liaising with brand partners to develop detailed campaign briefs, managing the pipeline of content for brand approvals and reporting on such campaigns once they have been completed. Other responsibilities will include assisting with ad hoc projects including events, and streamlining any processes that may enhance campaign execution from both a creator and brand partner perspective.
**OUTLINE OF JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Start-to-End Management and Execution of Paid Campaigns**
- Day-to-day project management of influencer-retailer collaborations, including assisting with supporting the brand team on strategy decks, tracking and collation of data into internal portals.
- Create proposals taking into account the goals and objectives of the client.
- Build campaign casting lists with help from the Creator Success team that are aligned with the objectives of the client and support the Creator Success team by identifying relevant collaboration opportunities in the pipeline.
- Develop customized collaborations and oversee reporting and results. Reports can be delegated to interns however, must be overseen by you.
- Ensure that information is presented accurately, appropriately, and that reporting requirements and deadlines are met in a timely fashion.
- Create client-facing professional campaign recaps and reporting documents and ability to provide fantastic customer service to brands and retailers engaging LTK on paid collaborations and other brand opportunities.
- Support BP team to create innovative campaign pitches including but not limited to campaign ideas, event ideas, analysis of data to support sales pitches and campaign costings. Depending on the client, it may also involve delivery of these pitches too.
- Start to end management of the campaign portal from inputting the campaign offer to final payout of the creator. This will involve working closely with accounting to ensure the campaign cycle is completed and creators are paid.
**Events**
- Day-to-day project management of events executed by our VIP brand partners (e.g. The Iconic, Oroton, and any other brand partner that drives meaningful GMV to the platform)
- Review event guest lists put together by the Creator Success team.
- Managing invitation send out and tracking RSVPs
- Management and execution of selects and lookbooks
- Tracking insights and posts and creating event wrap up deck for brand
**Streamlining Campaign Processes**
**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- 3-4 years experience in marketing or PR agency and/or marketing operations, campaign management, account coordinating, or related field.
- This position prioritizes gaining valuable experience and skills in the influencer marketing space.
- Experience in event planning and execution
- Experience utilizing/manipulating numbers and data to derive insights. Strong proficiency with Excel preferred, but not mandatory
- Foundational organizational & project management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and attention to detail to routinely produce zero-defect work
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset
- Ideal team player attitude and proven ability to work with team members across business functions
- Must be able to learn quickly and adapt to individual team requirements
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Willingness to take on a variety of tasks whether mundane or exciting in order to achieve desired outcomes.
