Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Internal Communications Lead to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective internal communications strategies that drive employee engagement and align with our purpose, values, and goals.

In this role, you'll lead the development and implementation of internal communication strategies that bring our brand and culture to life. You'll owning the intranet experience end-to-end and craft compelling content optimised for internal channels like SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook to reduce noise and improve message clarity. You'll also support leadership visibility through toolkits and templates, and ensure consistent brand identity across all internal assets—from newsletters to video walls.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and disseminate relevant information to employees, as well as empower distributed content creators across the business with training and frameworks that enable self-service publishing. This role requires a strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and deliver day-to-day communications with creativity and precision.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful internal communications strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in creating engaging content across internal communications channels and digital content tools
  • Knowledge of corporate branding and messaging guidelines
  • Ability to collaborate and engage with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Creative mindset with the ability to bring fresh ideas and perspectives
  • Passion for learning, curiosity, and a proactive attitude
