Title: Account Consultant - Korea focus 

Location: Sydney, NSW, Australia

Reports to: Brand Strategist/Country Manager 

Role Type: Full-Time, 38 hrs / week

DESCRIPTION / OPPORTUNITY 

The Account Consultant will focus on the Korean market and work in collaboration with the Brand Strategist based in Sydney, Australia to service brands working with creators based in Korea and maintain relationships with Korean based creators.

This position prioritizes gaining valuable experience and skills in the influencer marketing space. This role requires not only dedication to detail and world-class follow through, but also ensure that information is presented accurately, appropriately, and that reporting requirements and deadlines are met in a timely fashion. This position requires an individual who can work well under pressure and is flexible and easily able to multi-task and re-prioritize when necessary. 

This role will involve taking ownership of key brand accounts and working with them to execute paid collaborations on behalf of LTK, liaising with brand partners to develop detailed campaign briefs, managing the pipeline of content for brand approvals and reporting on such campaigns once they have been completed. 

OUTLINE OF JOB DESCRIPTION

Start-to-End Management and Execution of Paid Campaigns

• Day-to-day project management of influencer-brand collaborations for international retailers wanting to work with Korean creators and expand into the Korean market
• Build campaign casting lists with Korean creators that are aligned with the objectives of the brand.  Once casting is approved by the brand execution from start to end management of the campaign from outreach to the creator, engagement of the creator and processing all campaign details through the LTK  LTK systems to final payout of the creator. This will involve working closely with accounting to ensure the campaign cycle is completed and creators are paid
• Create client-facing professional campaign recaps and reporting documents and ability to provide fantastic customer service to brands and retailers engaging LTK on paid collaborations 
• Ensure that information is presented accurately, appropriately, and that reporting requirements and deadlines are met in a timely fashion.

Creators: 

• Work with the Brand Strategist or Country Manager on maintenance of relationships with to Korean creators through regular communications as required from time to time 
• Provide reporting on performance of Korean creators as required from time to time 
• Maintain LTK Korea Instagram handle for communications with Korean based creators that may contact LTK via that handle 

General Support 

• Assistance to the Brand Strategist on communications received from Korean brands with any ad hoc brand related queries 

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Native Korean language skills - fluently read, translate, write in Korean
• At least 3 years experience in influencer marketing, PR agencies, talent agency campaign management or related field.This position prioritizes gaining valuable experience and skills in the influencer marketing space.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, ability to meet tight deadlines and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in professional email and telephone communication.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset
• Ideal team player attitude and proven ability to work with team members across business functions
• Must be able to learn quickly and adapt to individual team requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with limited supervision.
• Willingness to take on a variety of tasks whether mundane or exciting in order to achieve desired outcomes.
• Strong passion for influencer marketing and the digital marketplace and understanding the competitive landscape in which we operate.
