**Duties**
- As the company continues its rapid growth, assist the company to achieve better efficiency and solve organisational problems through a comprehensive review of company processes, protocols, financial management and client dealings.
- Analyse the current business model and processes and determine best business practice moving forward through the delivery of strategic and operational improvement projects.
- Working with management and staff to implement these projects and achieve maximum efficiency.
- Proposing and recommending procedures and protocols to improve the general management and efficiency of the company. Designing scalable solutions that are easy to adopt and deliver real impact.
- Championing a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
- Assist the management in the transition phase as the Managing Director moves to a part-time role.

**Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required**
- A bachelor’s degree in management, finance or business.
- At least 3 years of relevant employment experience.
- Hard-working.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- Self-motivated.
- Strong time management.
