**About Us**:
**About the opportunity**:
Due to the rapid growth, we are currently seeking an Event/Lifestyle Assistant as a new headcount. The Event Assistant will report to the Event Manager to design, develop, and implement diverse and customized high quality, safe, and inclusive modern lifestyle and recreational activities for residents. This covers a variety of recreational, creative, cultural, spiritual, physical, and sports leisure and lifestyle activities with residents, either one on one or in groups, that are beneficial to all residents.

The position is crucial in allowing individuals to keep their freedom and live with dignity, self-determination, and comfort as they age, as well as in boosting their social involvement.

All responsibilities must be carried out in line with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Standards and under the supervision of the Clinical Manager and Operational Manager / facility management team.

**Ideally you will be**:

- **Bilingual in Chinese (either Mandarin and Cantonese)**:

- Excellent team-player and communicator who can also work independently with your strong problem-solving skills
- **Able to work at weekends**:

- Experienced in event planning, management and implementation; review of recreational and/or rehabilitative programs, preferably in the aged care industry
- Expertise in current, best-practice aged care lifestyle and leisure techniques
- Demonstrating experience networking with appropriate community organizations in order to provide residents with recreational and lifestyle enhancement activities
- Having Strong dedication and practical experience in developing inclusive lifestyle initiatives

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 29 - 35 per week
