Our team is a contact centre that support customers across Queensland with payroll system access such as myHR. Our hours of operation are 7 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday. Our team handle a high volume of calls in a complex environment, in addition the team is also responsible for processing reports and provisioning user access.
About you
**We are searching for someone with**:
Knowledge or understanding of payroll and rostering systems processes and procedures.
Interpersonal communication skills with all levels of staff in a large organisation, particularly including the capacity to summarise complex information and gather detailed information.
Ability to work within a team environment and to meet regular established deadlines within designated timeframes to ensure team outcomes are achieved.
Understanding of, and commitment to, quality customer services in a large multi-disciplinary organisation.
