**The Opportunity**

BlueScope Distribution is looking for an **Operations Supervisor**to join the team based in **Eagle Farm**. BlueScope Distribution is a single-source provider of product, processing and service solutions in steel and aluminium product. The business supports customers in a variety of industries and works with them to help deliver projects on time and to specification. BlueScope Distribution supports its customers by helping them find the freedom to do what they do best.

In this hands-on role, you will be leading and providing guidance to a team of around 15 production and warehouse team members at our Eagle Farm site. You’ll lead by example ensuring our products are delivered on time for our customers and your safety and that of the team are never compromised.

**What Will You Do?**

With a strong focus on teamwork, you will be:

- leading and supervising our operations area including warehousing and machine operations
- supporting and assisting your team with daily operations
- identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, performance and mitigate risk - striving for on time delivery for our customers
- ensuring safety standards are continuously evolving, championing change when risks and opportunities are identified
- growing and mentoring your team to develop their technical capability
