The Role
As a Retail Sales Supervisor, you'll be the heartbeat of the store, driving performance, building team energy, and creating an unforgettable experience for every customer. You'll inspire your team to reach new heights while living and breathing PUMA's values: brave, confident, determined, and joyful.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the Floor: Spend most of your time engaging customers, coaching the team, and driving sales.
- Achieve Big: Help the store exceed sales, KPI, and profitability goals through strategy, hustle, and teamwork.
- Inspire & Develop: Mentor and grow a high-performing team that's passionate about what they do.
- Deliver Exceptional Experiences: Make every customer interaction count, creating loyalty and excitement for the brand.
- Own the Details: Maintain strong operational standards, visual excellence, and brand consistency.

YOUR TALENT:
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 1-2 years of leadership experience in retail (apparel/footwear experience is a plus).
- Leadership: A natural motivator who can inspire, coach, and lift others to perform their best.
- Results-Driven: Proven ability to hit sales targets and build strong team performance.
- Agile & Adaptable: Confident decision-maker who thrives under pressure and moves fast when it matters.
