Our client places a strong focus on attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent in their pursuit of providing outstanding service to their customers. A position has become available for a Marketing professional who is looking for a senior role and the opportunity to implement the marketing strategy and initiatives across a successful, high-growth South Australian company.

**What you will be doing and will be responsible for**:
Reporting directly to the COO, this is an exciting senior role responsible for overseeing a range of marketing areas including print and digital media, advertising, promotions, websites, events and public relations. The role will lead a small marketing team of 2, in additional to managing relationships with external marketing agencies and consultants contracted by the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage operational marketing across the business.
- Lead the marketing team (2 direct repots) to deliver on set goals and KPIs
- Develop the annual marketing program and promotional calendar
- Create and coordinate media campaigns in consultation with the management team
- Report on performance against marketing KPIs and campaign/initiative effectiveness
- Maintain productive relationships with external agencies engaged by the company
- Coordinate market research and identify areas of opportunity
- Manage brand and marketing guidelines and ensure that all marketing material and publications comply
- Continually review marketing collateral and content to drive consumer engagement
- Prepare documents for company tenders, external newsletters and internal communications
- Develop and manage the marketing budget
- Provide timely reports to management to assist in effective decision making

**‘What you look like’ and need to demonstrate to be successful**:
This role suited to an experienced marketing leader with a successful and proven track record in operational marketing, and leading and developing marketing teams.
- A minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role with a track record of success
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Clear and concise written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- A positive, 'can-do' attitude
- A communicative and collaborative approach to working with stakeholders, both externally and internally.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Highly developed presentation with excellent communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of the full Microsoft Office Suite as well as the Adobe Creative Suite
