**About us**

The Aida Group are one of Australia and New Zealand’s largest supplier of sales, marketing and brand ambassadors, specialising in tailoring solutions to help companies maximise opportunities through outsourcing and providing people on the ground to represent a company’s brand and deliver an efficient and friendly customer experience.

To support our client - Telstra, we are seeking a Promotional Vehicle Managers to acts as stewards for as well as transport, set-up and maintain purpose-built low-tonnage trucks at various community events within a catchment area around set locations in Regional and Metropolitan Australia.

**What we need you to do**
- Ensure your vehicle always looks sparkling, has all fixtures and fittings in good working order and is maintained and serviced regularly,
- Transport vehicle with care to arrive at scheduled event times,
- Set-up vehicle and equipment and pack-up at each event,
- Co-ordinate travel arrangements and event logistics,
- Complete site and vehicle reports,
- Be available to receive and make calls on your mobile phone,
- Work collaboratively with event stakeholders to ensure a successful and organised event takes place,
- Be flexible, adaptable, and friendly - think outside the box to solve problems

**You**
- You’re organised - you write out lists, keep a diary, need to know what you’re doing each day
- Love to travel and don’t mind being away from home from time-to time.
- You love meeting people and you understand how important it is to represent a company professionally and with pride.
- MUST have a LR Licence.
- You’re not necessarily an expert, but you’re confident around audio-visual and computer equipment.
- You take pride in your assets, your appearance and your work.
- You HATE being late - to anything
- You’re law abiding - with a police record to prove it
- You can work a roster that may include a Saturday or Sunday.
- You can show initiative by working autonomy but apart of a team Australia-Wide.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
