**Position**: Marketing Executive

Pickstar is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our team and drive our marketing efforts. As a Marketing Executive at Pickstar, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones for our celebrity booking platform.

Your role will involve developing and implementing campaigns to generate product demand in the form of qualified leads. You will work closely with sales, tech, and other team members to align creative direction with our company's strategic goals.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns and processes. You should be able to think strategically, communicate effectively, and have a track record of creating innovative marketing strategies that drive business growth.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collaborate with Pickstar’s local teams across Sales, Marketing, tech and Operations to contribute to new marketing initiatives focused on acquiring new customers.
- Utilise data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and MS Clarity to gather insights and optimise marketing efforts.
- Provide regular and timely reporting on all key performance metrics and work to actively support all performance and lead gen opportunities.
- Liaise and manage any external marketing service providers as required.
- Leverage Pickstar’s paid and owned digital channels including Google Ads, EDM campaigns and organic social media channels to drive engagement.

**TECHNICAL SKILLS**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or similar.
- A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
- At least two years experience in a professional marketing role.
- Experience with PPC Ads (Google Ads, Facebook & LinkedIn)
- Experience with CRM and CMS tools a plus.
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 2 years (preferred)
