**The Opportunity**

Come and discover the opportunity to join our Orrcon Steel business in our **Kewdale** team as an **Customer Service Representative**. Orrcon Steel is a manufacturer of steel tube and pipe and leading Australian steel distributor with nationally_ _recognised brands.

No previous industry experience is necessary as you will receive training as part of our comprehensive onboarding program and ongoing support to learn all aspects of the role, which will include product knowledge and our systems. You will be great at multi-tasking and customer service will be something you are passionate about. You will enjoy being part of a fun team and adding your personality will really make this role your own.

This opportunity includes a competitive remuneration package including our profit share plan (bonus incentive scheme). This is a permanent full-time position working office hours, Monday to Friday.

**What Will You Do?**

Being a crucial point of contact for our customers, you will also be required to:

- prepare and follow up customer quotes and process sales
- resolve issues and seek ways to improve the customer experience
- arrange specific customer delivery requests
