We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships. You'll be the friendly, professional voice of Metroll Perth — helping customers with orders, providing product information, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service and support to both new and existing clients
  • Provide accurate product and technical information to assist customer needs
  • Promote Metroll's products and services to drive customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers
  • Complete order processing, quotations, and general administration efficiently and accurately
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

About You

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Genuine passion for customer service and problem-solving
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
  • Experience in manufacturing, construction, or building products (advantageous but not essential)
