Reporting to the Financial Accountant, your responsibilities will include:

- 1.Processing the finalisations of constructions
- Close or investigate of Purchase Orders
- Finalise each job and update status
- 2.Customer Refunds
- Review requests & supporting documentation
- Prepare payment requests
- 3.Chromagen Account Maintenance
- Sending through Plumber certificate
- Create credit notes for STCs and rebate
- Allocate the credit to Individual jobs
- Reconcile account monthly
- 4.Administrate BWI - Warranty insurance
- Place insurance Order online
- Pay invoices received via credit card
- Code invoices to jobs
- Process amendments required
- 5.BC data
- Processing requests from the business
- 6.Corporate
- Assist with Audit Requirements
- 7.Ad hoc Projects
- Ad hoc projects as directed from time to time.
- 8.Innovation
- Contribute ideas that improves the efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, sales or profitability of the business
- 9.Internal Relationships
- Ensure that relationships with all internal customers are maintained or improved
- Ensure that company policies and values are followed

- Previous experience in a finance administrative role where you are managing multiple tasks at once
- Ideal role for a Graduate or a Finance Administrator to learn from the ground up
- Graduate from a Finance related degree
- Proven ability to work with volume & in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable
- Intermediate Excel and exposure working with database systems
- High attention to detail and efficiency is essential
- Ability to manage repetitious work
- Accurate data entry, allocation and reporting skills
- Ability to meet set deadlines with a high quality standard of work; and
- Must be well organized, a strong multi tasker who thrives in a fast pace and high volume environment.
